Society's greats as guests

At the Westphalian Business Days in Münster and the East Westphalia-Lippe Business Days in Bielefeld, the Economic Society has invited prominent guests from the worlds of politics and business to speak on current topics in alternating years.

At these events, entrepreneurs from the region met leading figures from society, exchanged ideas and made new contacts. At these traditional meetings, representatives from Münsterland, East Westphalia, Sauerland and the Westphalian Ruhr region discussed with each other and stood up for their regional interests. With the birth of the Westphalian Peace Conference, the format was integrated in 2023 in order to offer even more dialogue and networking on an international level.
